As the Founder of The Alicia Jammer Group and a proud member of the exclusive Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, Alicia brings over a decade of experience and a unique depth of service to every client — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, athletes, and entertainers.
As a member of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, Alicia specializes in working with athletes, coaches, entertainers, and their families, alongside their agents, financial advisors, and business managers. Before launching her real estate career, Alicia personally bought, renovated, and sold her own homes — sparking a deep interest in the real estate journey. A graduate of Cal State University – San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing, Alicia brings a sharp analytical mindset to the market. Her leadership is equally impressive — having served as Secretary, President-Elect, and President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Fort Bend, and later as Chair for the Houston Association of Realtors Fort Bend Network.
